Questions answered
Know before we break ground.
Direct answers about scope, estimating, scheduling, weather, and service coverage.
Services & Capability
Do you haul off brush and debris?
Yes. Haul-off is included unless you want material mulched in place or piled for burning, which is often cheaper on larger acreage.
Do you handle permits and utility locates?
We coordinate utility locates before any machine breaks ground. Permits depend on your county and project type, and we will tell you what is required and who to call.
Do you work with builders and general contractors?
Regularly. Site prep, footing excavation, backfill and finish grade on active residential and light commercial builds, scheduled around your trades.
Can you clear land and leave some trees standing?
Yes. Selective clearing is most of what we do. Flag what stays on the walk-through and we work around it.
Pricing & Estimates
Are estimates really free?
Yes. We walk the property, look at access, slope and what is actually in the ground, then quote the real scope. There is no charge and no obligation.
How is dirt work priced?
By the work, not by a formula. Access, slope, soil and rock, haul distance, and how much material moves all drive the number. We quote the scope we walked and tell you up front what could change it.
How do I request an estimate?
Call 870-321-5063, or send the parcel address and a few photos to nextlevelexcavationllc@outlook.com. A parcel number and a rough idea of acreage speeds things up considerably.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and we are glad to provide proof of insurance before work starts.
Scheduling & Service Area
What area do you cover?
Mountain Home and all of Baxter County, plus the surrounding Ozarks towns from Harrison to Ash Flat and Mountain View. If your parcel sits outside that, call us. We travel for the right project.
How long does a typical job take?
A driveway grade or small dig is usually one day. A homesite pad with clearing runs two to five days. Multi-acre clearing depends on timber density and gets scoped on the walk-through.
What happens if it rains?
Wet ground gets torn up and does not compact, so we stage around weather rather than force it. You get a call when the schedule shifts, not silence.
How far out are you booking?
It moves with the season and the weather. Call for current availability and we will give you a straight answer rather than a hopeful one.
Ready to move dirt?
Tell us what you need done and where the property sits. We’ll walk it, scope it, and give you a straight estimate.
